We love ribs at our house, especially in the warm weather months, when we can grill them outdoors. Since the weather hasn't exactly been right for outdoor grilling, there hasn't been any rib-eatin' at our house for a while. That doesn't mean we don't crave them! So, imagine how happy I was to find this recipe from Chow.com :) At first I was doubtful that they would even hold a candle to the ones we cook low and slow on the BBQ. But, after making them for the first time on Superbowl Sunday, I am already planning to make them again very soon. They were that good!
