I think I am going to make this today:
Peach-Raspberry Sangria
1 vanilla bean
3 bottles Riesling
1 c. Peach Schnapps
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
6 tbsp. sugar
3 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into wedges
1 c. fresh raspberries
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
Cut vanilla bean lengthwise, Scrape out seeds and discard pod. In large pitcher combine all ingredients, including vanilla seeds. Chill overnight. Just before serving, add ice cubes. Serves 8
Sounds REFRESHING!!!!!
